Return & Refund Policy

Return:

To return anything, you MUST fill in a Return Form on the WayFits website as best you can, please contact us if you need help filling it in. Once the return is digitally submitted and we have received the return form, we will assess the return and approve it. We will email you along with a return ID number that you MUST write on the outside of the package to ensure we know what product is being returned to us and match it with correspondence when the package arrives.

Unless you have a returns ID sent from us, DO NOT send the product back. Anything sent back to us without a clear returns ID number will be rejected or sent back to you immediately. Any days used in the return without the ID number will count against you in your 7-day return policy. This package will be put aside if there is a reason we can not return the package.

DO NOT send the items back if they are covered in mud. If they are, we will send back the products.

Your return must be made within 7 days of receiving your products. We do not request you return the products in that timescale but we ask that we have a notification via the returns form of the items coming back. Please note that we will not accept used, worn, or damaged products. The only exception is if the items are at fault of the manufacturer.

Please include all original packaging but you may keep the catalogue and leaflets.

Refund and Exchange:

Refunds can take up to 28 days. If items are not in stock on an exchange, we will endeavor to make the exchange as fast as possible but it can take between 4 -6 weeks depending on the item, as some products can take longer. Any items sent back without the returns form filled out cannot be refunded or exchanged.

You will be given a returns product code, please clearly write this on the outside of the packaging using a permanent marker.

Postage refunds can only be given for faulty items, and standard exchanges made by the buyers and you may be charged extra carriage for international orders.

Our returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and you have ordered your item over the phone or on the Internet, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 working days from the date you have received the item, we will issue you a full refund. Please note, refunds can take up to 28 days. However, we are unable to offer any refund or credit note for:

  • Used items
  • Damaged items
  • Bespoke items
  • Personalised items

Refund Time and Procedure:

The time for refunding the amount you paid for purchasing the returned products depends on the payment type used:

      • Payment by Credit/Debit Card: Refund time will depend on the Credit Card company’s policies. We want to assure you, however, that the value date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment, therefore you will not suffer any interest loss.
      • Payment by PayPal (where available): Refund will be credited to your PayPal account, and visible immediately. Reimbursement time to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card.
